QuizCove is an AI-powered educational quiz platform for students, parents, and teachers. We take privacy seriously, especially when children are involved.
We collect: username, display name, email address (optional for students), and password (stored as a secure hash — we never see your actual password). During use, we store quiz history, scores, and companion progress tied to your account.
We use your information only to operate QuizCove: to show quiz history, allow teachers to track student progress, and send discussion guides to linked parents. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
QuizCove is designed for use by children under the supervision of a teacher or parent. Student accounts do not require an email address. We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service.
All data is stored in a secure database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. No personal student data is sent to our AI provider — only quiz topics and questions are processed.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
